Found Sounds w/ Chris Carter & A:B:S | 27 May 2022 | Cambridge

Events used to be popular. Now not so much. Mostly now just spammers. But better to have them in one place than anywhere else!

Yes that's right, legendary nuskool breaks producer and DJ, Chris Carter is back! He is not only relaunching his record label, Record Records, but also accepted our invitation to play a DJ set on Found Sounds, kicking off his upcoming UK shows in the intimate basement bar, 2648 Cambridge.

And to make the night even more special, we also invited Andy Beck to represent his A:B:S moniker, and to raise the roof with a selection of bangers ranging from techno to breaks and everything in between.

This is going to be one special night, a homage to the nuskool breaks era, but also an event that might shape the future sound of the Cambridge underground music scene.

The venue capacity is very limited, so if you are planning to come make sure to get your tickets in advance here:

See you all on the dance floor!

It was pretty good actually, wasn't as busy as before covid, I guess the Cambridge underground music scene lost a bit of momentum, but there were nice people, good music and good vibes :)
