Getting access to your NSB account if you forgot your details

If you had an account on NSB and can't get access as you no longer use the email or can't remember the username or password, you can open a ticket with us at our support centre https://support.nsbradio.co.uk

Please include as much information as you can remember about your account - ideally the username or email you were using. If you can't even remember anything, please do a Google Search of the forum until you find a thread you posted in and then send us the link of that.

We will then reset your username / email, thanks!
