Vocal too loud in the mix? I wanted it to be pretty upfront

ok ta :D

could be that its quite dry in places, which again was intentional. perhaps a small amount of reverb may help soften it a little

Really good man! Nice mix and nice vocal treatment too. I like it. Great summer time vibes.

Holy shit your prec is AMAZING :lurve:

The chordy, modulated pads are awesome.

Bass is lovely and retro sounding <3

I don't *hate* the vox, they are just not really my thing. This is my own issue and nothing to do with how they actually sound
I kind of like the idea of just the "ooooh oooh" without the actual other words.

Solid AF Doomo :lurve:
https://soundcloud.com/leftwingrecordin ... eftwing011 I have somehow done a track that has been released. I know, I don't know how either.

Perhaps I missed it, but I don't hear the 1 at the beginning of the tune. It sounds like the Render is missing something from the first Measure. This is some smooth House right here... the Production is really sexy. Everything has its own space. The vocal sounds nice and bright, and upfront. I really like the Percussion riffs, I wish there was more done is my main complaint.

It's obvious to me this is meant to be minimal and extremely chilled out. I would love to hear a Techy Nuskool Breakbeat remix... hell, even a Techy Progressive House remix'd be sweet.

Big tune. :pimp:

"what do you mean by more done?"

3:09 - I would enjoy hearing some misc. Edits and Fills to spice things up coming out of the Breakdown. It works fine the way you have it, but I'm usually of the mind, that twisting things up after the main Breakdown, and leading into the Mixout is a benefit if/when the tune is used in a Mixset.

For example: your Woodblock and Cowbell Percussive riff, I'd have fun doing some panning edits, as well as bunching up some of the notes to make buzzy type triplet sounding edits. A misc. Transposition edit on a note or two of that Perc. riff might be fun.

The tune's more than fine, I'm just a techy guy and I like trickery. I imagine this tune will work well on the Floor.

I hope the Release performs the way you want it to. :D
