Listening to Leave Home album by Chemical Brothers this morning, one of my favourite albums. Made me think of when it came out and how amazing everything was.
So I wondered if 1995 was my favourite music year. It was the first year I proper started buying vinyl. I remember going to a NYE party and hearing songs from Chemical Brothers, Josh Wink, Leftfield, Underworld, Dreadzone, Sweet Harmony, Hideaway, La Luna. Fuck me, even Steelz's favourite Insomnia came out and Robert Miles Children. Definitely a good year for releases.

Not sure. But I would probably say 2006ish, when breaks was getting pretty popular and there were nights every weekend. The music was possibly getting a bit past it, but so much going on. Good times.

My favorite years for Breakbeat would have to be '00 - '02. Everything was so fresh, new, amazing, and beyond creative at the time.
