o2 can fuck right off when my contract comes up for renewal - maybe then they will consider investing in a network that works instead of telling me that if I can't receive calls I should try changing to 2G as it is probably the 3G mast that is overloaded. Wankers - if I knew I was missing calls at the time that might be of some use. Half-baked retarded shits who know nothing about data network management.

they told me there is a prob with the mast and engineers are fixing it. didn't ask if it'd been broken for the past 2 months. reception was alright when i arrived here in december. i remember the delight at being able to use my phone at work and be able to go home and still have batteries left.

The masts around me have apparently been working properly for the last two years. Unfortunately none of the 39 masts they say are reachable from my work postcode actually works properly - either overloaded or shit continually. Really reliable service - nice - sooooooooooooooo tempted to sign another 18 month to 2 year contract with them :guffaw:
