so where do you buy your meat? do u eat meet?>

i buy it from the butcher near my work, he has bare good cuts and is a sale loveing 2 for 1 asian bloke.
prob only eat meat once or twice a week and then its a small modest portion of good quality fare - somethign lean that tastes good.

did you know that humans were not made to eat meat so much? you def shouldnt have it everyday - its hard to digest and you will get bowel cancer and have part of your stmoach removed - bowel cancer is often fatal

also what are your fave cuts? i love lamb cutlets and fillet steak (aged) simple cooked in pan then soften in oven.

I only eat meat which I have personally reared on nothing but V8 juice and asparagus.

Avoid processed meat at all costs and try to limit meaty meals to twice a week.

Favourite cuts?

This is my favourite cut:

Half a milk-fed baby lamb, with legs the size of turkey legs. I defy any of you to present me with better meat than this.

I like to go to the butcher to buy lots of different scrappy cuts all glued together that fools me into thinking its one big meaty cut but really comes from several animals. I then feel superior to everyone else.

If we had a better local alternative / butcher / fishmonger I would use it. Sainsbos meat varies but is generally very average, especially their fish.

I don't eat meat v often though so can't say what my favourite cut is. I like them all :fool:

Sainsburys rump steak is fucking terrible. Last time I try somewhere different. When it comes to Streak there is simply nowhere better than Waitrose (maybe a real butcher if you live in the cuntry, I don't).
