I watched Weekender last night: Cheesey film about budget late 80's northeners trying to get big in the rave game.

Weekender - now there's a proper tune, esp the Weatherall mix :badger: Might have to dig that out if I can figure out where I last put it :chin:

Oh and the chicky from Haywire looks like a female Sonny Bill Williams :perv:

Unfortunately, one of the worst films I have seen. Disappointing considering the director was from the Oceans series.

Good weekend, chillin' over sat/sun, jubilee pub quiz and drinks mon night and then chillin' again yesterday (after stupidly mixing wine, beer, wine, beer)

SPOILER: the bit where she is just walking down the street from the hotel, which lasts about 20 minutes (over exaggeration)

My mate has found out the names of my 'muggers' - and they are local pikeys. One is a member of the big local pikey family, the Chatsfields. My mate, who is also a bit pikey, and a fucking head case is attempting to get a meeting with them to tell the head of the family that one of his boys was cowardly and out of order.

It's like something out of Snatch ffs :cow:

Hells bells biggers! Hope it all works out and your mate knows what he's doing. Last thing you want is more shit.

Quite.

I must admit, I want no part in it, and he knows this. But my mate has taken it as a personal afront. He'l probably end up having a fight with the lad who punched me, to sort it out.

Proper :burb:

(didn't know if that smilie was still gonna be there)

the horses move so realistically. not just them either. the goose is really well designed too.

but aside from that, it makes you think about war. i had a good old chat with my gran on my tour round the country and it reminded me of my grandad and all the others and what they went through.

it really is well worth seeing. book some tickets if you can.
