Post 'em up please. :drink:

Half Scrumpy Jack, Half Stella, spalsh of Ribena.

Serve in a chilled plastic glass, garnish with a tiny fly floating at the top. Stand back.

Sounds a bit too high brow tbh.

Johnny Cash is one of my faves and is simple to make: Havana Club Especial, homemade chilli syrup, sprig of mint, balanced with fresh lime juice

Or the Goffrey: Baileys, Kahlua, 2 teaspoons of spunk, chicken blood

The Johnny Cash sounds good, plus they'll like the name. :woo:

Stone cold classics I would be happy with all evening, Mojito, White Russian and a decent bloody mary. So many places can't make a bloody mary it seems, the best one I ever had was in the cocktail bar in the Savoy.

tl:dr - quality, not quantity.

Old Fashioned all the way. In a whisky tumbler, crush a sugar cube in with a few dashes of Angostura bitters and a slice of orange. Fill glass with cubed ice and top up with good american whisky (Makers Mark, Wild Turkey or Woodfords) and stir. Boozy awesomeness.

Or whisky sours are good. Over ice in a shaker combine 3 shots of whisky (I prefer blended with a bit of smoke, Bells works well), 3 dashes bitters, 1 teaspoon sugar (or a large dash of gomme) and the juice from 1/2 a lemon. Shake well and strain over cubed ice into a highball glass then top up with soda. Garnish with 2 maraschino cherries and a dash of syrup from the cherry jar. I used to make cocktails for a living many moons ago so I'm full of these ;)

I like the dude on something for weekend, he's liek:
" so you need east african roasted salt, pasteurised sardinian blood orange juice, not before 2002, a shot of aramaic jizzwalk spirit, half a cup of ambrosia of the heavens, a shot of the elixir of youth, handful of saffron, sprinkle of meth amphet, the sweat of a french grape crusher, the air from the inside of an ancient walnut and then shake it all up and give it to tim lovejoy the alcoholic, all available from tesco"
