I'm not one to rant, but I'm fairly hacked off.

Ordered an S4 + some cables yesterday, I phoned them to check stuff was in stock and that they could do next day delivery.

I've moved house since I last ordered with them, so I duly changed my account details and billing address on their website before ordering.

Order was processed, I checked and had a confirmation email, checked bank account, money has gone out.

Imagine my surprise when I checked my email last night to find a "there is a problem with your billing address" Oh joy, they're closed.... wait to speak to them in the morning.

So,

called this morning...

Apparently changing address details on their website was not the correct move. I should have phoned them!

Why didn't you phone me?

They sent me an email

Why have they taken the money

Its not them that process the money.

Can you deliver tomorrow

Yes but it'll cost you £10 more.

How long will a refund take?

Anywhere between 1hr and 2 working days.

Great. :|

so now I have to wait for money back before I can go and buy it locally.... I have spent thousands with this place.... no more though.

tl:dr - Never trust a Scouser.

On the flipside, my Alesis monitors were out of warranty and they picked the broken one (friend busted it at a house party) up for nothing and replaced it for nothing too.....

a) can't park anywhere near local shop
b) they didn't have it in stock.
c) I don't have to justify myself.
