I can adapt easily to varying social situations using skills and experience - adopting different styles of speech and approach suited to the environment and recipient. Except when i get a little high. Then I'm like Awww man I'm so high right now, please don't talk/look/think about me man cos I'm so high right now man. I'm gonna pretend I'm texting someone cos I'm so hiiigh. Someone put on funkytown.

I can't talk to people with bung eyes or people who only give one word type responses when I try and make conversation with them. Both types of people need to be pushed downstairs. If I don't like you then I would find it difficult to engage you for more than 10 seconds.

Everything else is wavy gravy wasp or be.

I'm awkward, shy and totally insecure until I either get to know you or get drunk at which point I would usually talk over everyone and ridicule people mercilessly, I have no idea where it comes from and I really try not to do it anymore.
I suppose the only social skill I have is diplomacy and I never get angry and get into fights with people. I have an unbelievable knack of saying completely the wrong thing at the worst time. I have been told I am generous and will generally share anything and everything.
Is falling on people a social skill?

I'm a bit of a know-it-all. (even when I don't)
I'm quite shy until I know someone quite well, or they are making all the effort to keep the conversation flowing, and I will often stay by myself in social situations.
