Sweet. Fingerlickin doing what they do best. Its got the funk and its got the fun. i have been sen a bit of funk recently from other outputs and a lot of it is just too damn obvious. its been funk by numbers, lets get some flute and 80s stabs and bosh it all together in a terrible mess. epic fail. but with this Fingerlickin release they really are showing why they have been top of the tree with this style for the last 10 years in my book.

Happyness - full of old breaks and groove this is your party starter. Dirty funk with cut up voxs that will get the ladies moving. a great boglein groove and thick ol bassline. and as the tune says, its a catchy hook. not full breaks ramming speed but if you play over various tempos and you are for the funk, its on the mooonahhy. aunties sheilas choice


Got the Rhythm - a downtempo affair in real A Skillz stylee with some some nice splattering of Beadyman, my only gripe is the Lyn Collins woo/yeah is a bit to obivous for this tired old ears but it aint gonna stop you playing this in those bar sets

Got the Rhythm Bonus - a great little tool for the multideckers, ill be giving this some usage in sets. a nice touch to add to this already rounded and uber funky release
