BTX042 Wardian - Easy Loops EP


Spanish producer Adrian Acquaroni, aka Wardian makes his debut on Bombtraxx with a massive 4 track EP of nonstop Breakbeat badness. Overall, the EP is more straight forward and funky than anything I've heard from him over the past year. With a more dance floor friendly style and plenty of booty shaking bass, this EP has a lil something for every flavor of breaker.

The title track starts off with a subtle anthem that keeps that futuristic vibe Wardian is known for, but doesn't really deliver for me after about half way through, kind of fizzling out after the second snap. 'Waka', the opening track is simply a maddening, bass-heavy good time. 'Terror Trip' didn't keep me interested, but the last track, 'Rainman', really took me back with the deep use of Booty Breaks, bass and reverb-synth melody. It reminds me of good times in Miami, and would go good in any deep breaks set especially as an ender.
