As I recall, there is a rating system for promotional mixes in the download section.

Could we add a feature like that to the members mixes section?

I thought it might stimulate more interest and give some people another option for giving feedback.

Also, I can't seem to get to the downloads section from the home page site navigation box (the link http://www.nuskoolbreaks.co.uk/viewforum.php?f=16 brings up a 'does not exist' message.

A good idea in my opinion. It's a simple way of getting feedback without expecting the listeners to actually write anything...although a rating isn't quite the same as supportive words/constructive criticism. I'm sure listeners wouldn't use a rating system as a substitute for sharing their opinion though, so I'd say go for it.
