be nice for sigs but I suppose it would be difficult with the letter rather than kb limit.

this page just confused the hell out of my firefox when i tried to scroll down, eating 100% cpu for a minute or so. i didn't get to see what might have been on the page to make it do that because every time i tried to scroll a bit more it did the same.

I decided to put a direct link to my myspace page in my sig and I hid it using the spoil function.

Everything was fine at home last night (firefox 2, xp, pc), at work today (ie 6, pc, xp). But earlier, when I tried to view a page with a post of mine on, it kept redirecting the entire page to myspace, where it encountered an unknown error. It was caught in a loop, as backspace started the redirect again, and i had to go back to the home page of here to access my profile.

I took it out of my sig and all has returned to normal.

Also, over the course of the day, I have had about 4000+ views on the myspace page. I can't really imagine that these were 'real' views.

Seems as tho the page wasn't actually hidden and maybe when myspace was having one of it's moments this evening it did something to mess with the browser.

Anyway, won't be trying that again.

i was actually going to say to you "dont think thats a good idea" having the page "hidden"

hidden doesnt infact mean "hidden" it means "its loaded somewhere and not shown using dhtml" - so everytime someone loaded your sig, it also loaded your myspace... niiiice

gonna be installing a "hide sigs" module within a few days...

How come my myspace sig link appears in the review/webcast sections but not the general/production sections?

But it appears here?

:?

Will it filter through to old posts in the above sections?
