This is definitly the best album I've heard all year*, pure dancefloor action. I keep thinking it's "only" an album of dancefloor mash up tracks, and it's gunna get boring really quickly. But there a so many really good variations and vocals to keep it all interesting.

The composition of each track is brilliant, all the breakdowns have so much tension and energy. His overall sound is totally fat, and pritty similar to JDS, or the Plumps, only better. My fav track so far is Backbreaker.

Also if you haven't heard it then check out "Audio Sauce - Freebird (Rogue Element Remix)"

Best quality samples are on decksterity's site here:- http://www.decksterityrecords.com/shop.html

*might not be true if Klaus "Heavyweight" Hill drops an album this year

I know EXACTLY what you speak of. ;) Its that undeniable "rogue element" ummmmm...element. And I fucking LOVE it.

I'm still the biggest sucker EVERRRRR for "Calm", but there's a few more on the album that are coming in right behind it. (Mainly Let Me Breathe, Backbreaker, and You Know That Sound.) Dancefloor madness, I tell you. And Sunrise Leaves me Blind evokes a certain head swaying that I've missed lately.

Haven't heard the album yet but all the singles so far have been outstanding!

The man definitely knows a thing or two about synth lines... ;)

Big ups! 8)

calm is an absolute belter. one of my fave tunes of the year.

I was a little disappointed that let me breathe used a very similar patch for the bassline .. but maybe thats mr element finding his style. rogue rock is another fat old tune.

In general, overweight drums, big sound. well done 8)
