Or 'special'

There once was a boy called TamTam
Who would wheel around his pink pram
He once dressed as a doll
And went to Breakspoll
And didn't he look fucking glam

Does anyone know the lyrics to the theme tune of Fresh Prince of Bell Air?

yes

Now this is a story
all about how my life
got twisted upside down
and id like to take a minute
just sit right there
ill tell you how i became the prince
of a town called Bel-Air

In west Philadelphia
born and raised
on the playground my momma said
most of my days
chilling out, maxing
and relaxing all cool
and all shooting some b-ball
outside of school
when a couple of guys
they were up to no good
started making trouble in our neighborhood
i got in one little fight and my mom got scared
she said your moving
in with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air

i whisted for a cab and when it came near
the license plate said fresh
and had dice in the mirror
if anything i could say that this cab was rare
but i thought nah, forget it
yo home to bel-air!

i-pulled- up tp a house about seven or eight
i yelled to the cabbie yo home, smell you later
looked at my kingdom i was finally there
to sit on my throne as the prince of bel-air

do you some cameos in a james bond film

well after yesterdays epic fasting fail i think i put on about a pound. :bo:

try again next week when i don't have any meetings where i have to eat massive buffets.

today i am mostly looking forward to the weekend where i have nothing that i have to do for the first time in ages, and also probably for the last time in ages.

I was going to ask how the fastings went! I don't think I would be able to do it :(

Yey for Spiderisms :D

i did post in yesterdays day thread but i think it got lost in the epicness

basically had a comms and events team meeting yesterday morning, have them every month, usually they are a bit dull, but this time i walked in and there was a massive buffet where the events team wanted us to review some caterers for them  basically had the biggest and most delicious lunch ever instead of no food at all

going to start again next week, that was quite an unusual situation to be fair. will keep you posted! i just like the idea of it, when i think about cutting out sweets and crisps, or about cutting down on portions or calories i think i shoud but never manage, i think having a couple of fast days a week might be just the ticket for me though, it just appeals to me for some reason. will probably be a disaster and every time i try there will be some team buirthday meal or somethign i have to do and it will never happen but will have a go!

there once was a young girl called lander
who loved nothing more than a clamber
she climbed up big trees
and had scuffed up knees
but was very well known for her candour

we had to do lymerics in pub olympics on wednesday and now i keep thinking in them. it is very strange.

    THAT IS AMAZING :D :D :D Love it :)

God, that sounds like the kind of thing that happens to me. Start off with the best of intentions and someone will bring cupcakes into the office and I just can't not let myself have one.
I love food too much to go on diets so the whole fasting thing seems like a good option to me.

Just keep on trying until you can do it, if things pop up in the mean time there is no point in denying yourself :) There is always tomorrow :)

isn't it just wonderfull, you come into the office expecting to do some handovers in preparation of two weeks leave. You've been in the office for 30 minutes and your manager walks in, fuming.
fucking crisis, massive cluster down, mail down and full panic at customer site
Manager even asking me if i could work tomorrow! FML!
but as it turns out, we're close to solving the whole thing (thanks fuck for that!) and it looks like i'll be going home in a few minutes.
MASSIVE sigh of relief!

DeeDee was going on hol,
This time not for the 'Stock or BreaksPoll,
His work all fucked up,
And he thought he'd be stuck,
But he sorted it out at a stroll

I like writing limericks it's true,
and it gives me something to do,
I'm a bit bored at work,
My jobs I may shirk,
To write lots of rhymes, voulez vous?

There once was an ali called mobius,
Who had some peculier phobias,
He could not stay in blighty,
lest he'd get very bitey,
though his lymerics were very harmonius.
