I think Ethiopian food sounds well delish, is it better in new York free? Also is it right they have the best coffee as that's where it originates from?

not real funny guise most parts of ethiopia abound with food. the well off there have always been well off, hence their cuisine is complex. i'm liking it more and more, the combinations of spices are not like other foods, so at first you are a bit spun out. in terms of quality flange, it mostly depends on the restaurant in question. afaik, the oil used in the bread is critical and not everyone gets the 'good shit'. so a bit like a crap ghee makes for dodgy indian. my girlf can never really tell me what the defining features are that make one place "better" than another so am figuring it out.

the coffee is awesome. comes with cardamon served from a clay pot. at same time, green coffee beans and frankincense are burnt to make a smoke around you while it is poured.

i think peeps are getting confused with the 80's - wikipedia says its much better there now if that counts for anything. plus places still have national cuisines, even if they do have food shortages from time to time. Ethiopia is basically where all humans come from isn't it, where the first humans set out to explore and migrate to the middle east and then Europe? we are probably all descended from Ethiopians.
