im up at 5.30 every morning, no snooze, straight to wee wee, let dogs out then 30minutes meditation.
off work at the moment though so due to strong downers i am sleeping longtime
I really want to meditate.
What does it actually do for you personally?
for me personally, keeps me calm under stress, grounded, patient, increased awareness and compassion. also strips away the "ego" in a big way wich is good for some and not so good for others. sometimes its a slog but the times when you dont want to do it are the times that you must do it as there you reap the rewards. just my 2 cents though, everyone is different
Mmm, ego loss. Basically I want to give it a go. My job can be a little stessful and times and I really struggle to unwind in my every day life. Everyone that I have ever met/ spoken to about it says it is so worth while doing.
It sounds like all the attributed qualities to it are amazing and I knw everyone is different but if I could get even half of the benefits you seem to get from it I would be a happy girl
