It's that time of life.

My best mate/old flatmate, who's soul I comforted after he broke up with his ex girlfriend and said many, many time that he wouldn't get married or have kids ever.

I was his best man 2 years ago and he texted me this morning that he and his lovely wife have had the 12 week scan and would I be a Godfather?

Rediscovered this old one, taken with a compact in 2008 I think. Gormley's statues at Forby Point. The light makes it look black and white, but it's actually colour.

Crazy how colours on the north west coast of England can actually be a black and white photo. Cool pic.

Another time lapse attempt.

Unfortunately, not much happened, but it's a nice view of the Olympic Stadium nonetheless.

What's the tune?

Also, how much time between each frame? (I clearly don't know the correct terminology)

i took a picture every 2 seconds, 999 of them.

i did this twice as it got dark after the first run finished (was trying to record nightfall really)

the pictures then last for 6 frames at a time, in a video that is 30 frames per second.

i joined the two vids together with a fade effect, so it looks like it gets dark quite quickly in the middle.

the tune is my brothers: http://soundcloud.com/jardin-1/15-ok-london

not sure why i can't download it. i thought they were all available. i'll ask him tomorrow.

i echo edwardos sentiments 8)

have to say i would i have liked to try this myself, but didnt do my homework in the beginning when i bought my camera, with it lacking continuous shooting i have to purchase an intervalometer of some description to do it first :( there was some custom firmware for the eos500d that got posted a while back that might have that function but i neglected to look into it yet.

I have precisely no idea whose cat this is. I just found it on my camera, a while back. :puzzled:
